My companion is leaving a day/or days before I do. What should I do?

That is exciting for him or her! Please come to the Scheduling Office (S1-B114). We will reassign you to a new companion/room, if needed.

I have a change in my branch/district/training/language/residence. What should I do?

Please come to the Scheduling Office (S1-A94). 

May I order additional name tags or replace lost or broken name tags?

Unfortunately, not at the MTC. You should have been provided with three name tags in your mission language while at the MTC.  You will also be provided two additional tags in the language of your country if different from their mission language. Additional name tags may be purchased in the mission field from your mission office if needed.

I lost or damaged my ministerial certificate. May I get a new one?

Yes of course! Please come to the Scheduling Office (S1-B114), the Missionary Materials Office, or email ministerialcertificate@mtc.byu.edu to order a new one.

May I host new missionaries?

The opportunity to host new missionaries is assigned.  If you are assigned to host, you will receive an invitation in your mailbox. Unfortunately, not all districts will be able to host because of scheduling conflicts. The scheduling office does not take requests for hosting.

Where is Visitor Center Training?

T4-151 and T4-153.  It begins the Monday of your last full week in residence.  Please ask a teacher for more information.
