My companion is leaving a day/or days before I do. What should I do?

Counsel with your branch president to find other missionaries in your district or branch you can stay with.  If there are no others, or you cannot reach your branch president, come to the Scheduling office in S1-B116.

May I order additional name tags or replace lost or broken name tags?

Unfortunately, not at the MTC. You are given three nametags in your mission language.  You will also be provided two additional tags in the language of your country if different from their mission language. Replacement name tags may be purchased in the mission field from your mission office if needed.

I lost or damaged my ministerial certificate. May I get a new one?

Yes of course! Please come to the Scheduling Office (S1-B116), the Missionary Materials Office, or email MinisterialCertificate@ChurchofJesusChrist.org to order a new one. The process takes about a week, so if you need your ministerial certificate for travel, please plan accordingly. 

May I host new missionaries?

The opportunity to host new missionaries is assigned.  If you are assigned to host, you will receive an email. Unfortunately, not all districts will be able to host because of scheduling conflicts.

I lost my debit card. What do I do?

Come to the Scheduling office in S1-B116.

I never received my nametags in the mail. What do I do?

Come to the Scheduling office in S1-B116.
