Placing your ID card next to your magnetic name tag will cause it to malfunction and stop opening doors. General Services can re-magnetize your card. General Services is located in S2-W211.
Missionaries may use the printer located in T4-152. Please contact the IT Service Desk if it is out of paper or otherwise not functioning.
Please submit your weekly Branch President letter through Missionary Portal, using a lab computer by opening up a browser and going to missionary.churchofjesuschrist.org.
In Missionary Portal go to the Menu --> 'Communication' --> 'Letters to the Branch President'
If you have any trouble completing your branch president letter, please visit the IT Service Desk.
Make sure your date and time are correct by going to the Settings app --> General management --> Uncheck Automatic date and time --> Select Time Zone --> Select your current time zone --> Turn Automatic date and time back on
Verify that Chrome is your default browser by going to the Settings app --> Apps --> Chrome --> Browser app --> select Chrome

You will not be able to download apps while the @missionary.org account is selected in the Google Play Store. You can switch to the "android-for-work" account by doing the following:
Go to the Google Play Store
Tap the account circle to the right of the search bar
Select the "01234....@android-for-work" account
If the @android-for-work account is not available, restart your device and follow the steps above.
